At Fancy Pets, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

• Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item:

• arrives damaged
• is faulty
• or you receive the wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• a replacement
• a refund
• or another appropriate solution

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Fancy Pets where required by law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• items that have been used or worn
• items damaged after delivery
• items returned without original packaging

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping Timeframes

Fancy Pets works with trusted Australian-based suppliers to ship products directly to customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and location.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout where available.
